What is Local account details?

Local account details are the codes that identify an account inside a country's payment system, written in that country's own format. IBAN is the format used in much of Europe, and Al Maryah Community Bank uses it too, while customers in the United States see US ACH routing and account numbers. ABN AMRO Zakelijk lists iban, Accountable lists iban and Al Maryah Community Bank lists iban, while Albert lists us ach and Ally Bank lists us ach. The format tells you which market a service is built for.
