The transfer fee amount is the flat fee charged to send money out, listed apart from the exchange rate you receive. It is the clearest line in a comparison table, because it does not move with the amount sent. ABA Bank lists a transfer fee of $18, ACLEDA Bank charges KHR 4,000, and ACB Grenada Bank lists a transfer fee of XCD 55 to XCD 65. Read the fee and the rate together, since a low charge can still leave you worse off if the converted amount is poor.
