Safety and regulation
All transactions on Kwik Pay are secured with two-factor authentication: your registered mobile number and a secret PIN that only you control. Every transfer uses encrypted SMS, and withdrawals can only be started by you on your handset using that PIN. The wallet will never ask you for your PIN, and losing your phone does not mean losing your money, because the funds sit with the bank rather than on the device. You should never share your PIN with anyone.
